TechCoders.Net uses "Google Ads" to serve ads when you visit the TechCoders.Net Network. Google may use aggregated non-personally-identifiable demographic information provided by you to display advertisements regarding goods and services of interest to you.

Maintenance
TechCoders.Net may perform maintenance services as it determines reasonably necessary. You acknowledge that such maintenance may require downtime. TechCoders.Net will attempt to provide prior notice of the maintenance downtime.

Donations
Refund Policy
TechCoders.Net will not provide refunds under any circumstances. If you are banned, you will not get a refund. If you do not favor the service, you will not get a refund. If you unexpectedly did not receive your donation award, and don't have any proof of your donation, you will not get a refund. You may appeal your donation refund on the forums, and we will review your case.
Rewards
When you donate to TechCoders.Net, it is understood that you're actually "donating" at your own risk. Donation rewards are exclusively rewards for your consideration into donating to TechCoders.Net. You're not paying for any service, you're donating to keep TechCoders.Net network up. 
Exchange
If for any reason your donation reward was not delivered correctly, we will replace it as soon as possible after you have presented proof of your donation.

Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold TechCoders.Net harmless from any loss, liability, claims, damages and expenses, including attorneys fees, arising from or related to the content, use, or deletion of your content or use of any other feature or service. This expressly includes:
• Your responsibility for any and all liability arising from the violation or infringement of proprietary rights or copyrights.
• Any defamatory or unlawful material contained within your content.

Limitation of Liability
You agree that the use of the TechCoders.Net Network is entirely at your own risk. This disclaimer applies, without limitation, to any damages or injury, whether for breach of contract, tort, or otherwise, caused by any failure of performance; error; omission; interruption; deletion; defect; delay in operation or transmission; computer virus; file corruption; communication-line failure; network or system outage; or theft, destruction, unauthorized access to, alteration of, or use of any record.
